This conference is organised jointly with the CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators). Arnaud de Nanteuil, Professor at Paris XII University, and Benjamin Garel, advisor to ICSID, have been invited to speak. Jalal El Ahdab, partner at Bird & Bird, will co-moderate alongside Alexandre Malan.
