Judith HAROCHE is a practicing lawyer with substantial experience in providing legal advice, assistance and representation to both French and international clients on pre-litigation, litigation and arbitration matters.

Member of the Paris bar, she started her career in Paris at Eversheds (France) LLP (former Frere Cholmeley), before joining WGZ Avocats, now Weissberg & Associés, and further establishing her own law firm HAROCHE AVOCATS in 2013 (Haroche Avocats ; Linkedin : Linkedin Haroche Avocats & Linkedin Judith Haroche).

Her areas of practices include Commercial Law, Contracts Law, International Law, Distribution Law, and Arbitration.

She regularly advises foreign and French Companies in starting or developing their activities in France.

She acts as Counsel for franchisors, master franchisees and franchisees, providing them with legal advice on a day-to-day basis.

She represents and assists her clients in their litigation, whether before commercial, civil and labor Courts, as well as arbitration institutions.

She speaks French and English, and works equally in these two languages.
