Judith HAROCHE is a practicing lawyer with substantial experience in providing legal advice, assistance and representation to both French and international clients on pre-litigation, litigation and arbitration matters.

Member of the Paris bar, she started her career in Paris at Eversheds (France) LLP (former Frere Cholmeley), before joining Weissberg & Associés, and further establishing her own law firm HAROCHE AVOCATS in 2013 (Haroche Avocats ; Linkedin : Linkedin Haroche Avocats & Linkedin Judith Haroche).

Her areas of practices include Commercial Law, Contracts Law, Distribution Law, Intellectual Property Law, International Law,  and Arbitration.

She regularly advises foreign companies in starting or developing their activities in France.

Judith represents and assists her clients in their litigation, whether before commercial, civil and labor Courts, as well as arbitration institutions.

She speaks French and English, and works equally in these two languages.
