Associate

Olivier GAUTHIER is an associate. He is admitted to the Paris Bar. His practice is mainly focused on white collar crime, commercial litigation and corporate law.

Olivier GAUTHIER advises and represents both legal entities and individuals in various proceedings before and during the main stages of the companies duration (creation, sale, capital increase, exit of a shareholder…).

He holds a Master’s degree in Economic Business Law from Aix-Marseille University and a Master’s degree in Finance from ESCP (Paris school of Business).

He is a native French speaker, is fluent in English and has a conversational level in Spanish.
