Dean FEINMAN is an American advocate specializing in international commercial and investment arbitration, international contracts, and public international law. Dean holds an LL.M. in European Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Dean served in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer before beginning his second career in the law.
