Mina BIBAWI is a lawyer registered with the Paris Bar Association.

His area of expertise extends to the international business law, acquisitions, project finance, syndicated loans, and international commercial arbitration.

Before being admitted to the Paris Bar Association in 2014, he had practiced in Egypt for several years in a number of top tier law firms and as a Head of Legal Department of an American multinational life insurance company for the Levant Region (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan & Palestine).

While practicing in Egypt, Mr. BIBAWI advised a number of international and Egyptian groups on M&As, private equity, and various international contracts (services, distribution, etc.).

He has extensive experience in the structuring of joint-ventures and shareholders agreements.

Mina BIBAWI holds a Master’s degree in International & European Business Law.

He speaks and works in French, English and Arabic.
